Edmonton Active and Leisure Group

Welcoming people from all walks and ages. Single or not, new to the city or born here! We host a large variety of events geared towards encouraging people to "Meet Up" and enjoy the company and the fun! The organizers of this meet up work together as a team and jointly operate this meet up group! Our goal is to provide unique open and welcoming events! YOU take a risk, step out with us, meet new people but most of all have fun with us!!

EALG is uniquely different then most groups.We are not geared towards one area like so many groups are.We do  any thing and every thing in this group.We strive to do new and different activities.

We do a variety of things from dancing,dining out,movie nights,snow tubing,river tubing,days at the beach,bbq/picnics,cross country skiing,beach volley ball,slow pitch,hiking,and camping.

We are always open to new ideas and suggestions.

To join our group you are required to have a recognizable close up picture of your self.This is to help the organizers recognize you at events,as well for the security of  all the members.If you don't have a picture or are wearing sunglasses  you will not be allowed to join.

Members who are inactive for year will be removed from the group.Also members who haven't logged in for 6 months will also be removed as well.New members have 6 months to attend and event .Are always welcome to rejoin once you are able to be active members.

We have a 3 no show policy.We expect if you can't make it to an event to change your rsvp to no.No show's with out a valid reason will be removed as well.

Meet up fees are $250. We collect $5 per year.
