Marta and Ronny, founders of YOGA UNITED teach a grounding, relaxing and inspiring yoga in Kreuzberg. You are invited to step on the mat for an experience that will create an energetic shift in body, mind and heart!

The classes attracts international residents, locals and visitors passing through Berlin. Many people are drawn by the locations- the former Chapel is such a beautiful building with an interesting history and it is difficult to don´t fall in love with the stunning space of Art 13 Tango Studio ! Some visitors are attracted by very accessible price for the Berlin Yoga scene - only 10 Euro. After the class you are welcome to stay for a delicious tea. The classes are accessible for all levels; welcoming to beginners with lots of explanation as well as variations to go deeper for more experienced students. The teaching is based on Vinyasa style where movements link with meditative breaths.

You will benefit from the class instantly feeling refreshed as well as long term feeling more grounded and strengthen in everyday life.
