My mother has been a qualified fitness instructor for 20+ years and it was through her training and expertise that I have developed my choreography to give a proper work out, whilst always ensuring there is a smile on my face!

Additionally, I have organized 3 masterclasses with ZES David Velez along with organizing and shadowing ZES Lindsey Taylor at the charity event for the breast cancer.
