We will learn the natural rhythms of our bodies, and become connected with them, based on modern dance techniques. We will explore stretching, breathing, balancing and using rhythms for making natural movements. We will not show movement, but we will do movement and become the movement. We become ourselves by forgetting ourselves.
You don't need to be good at dancing in order to participate, but we expect you to be serious about it. Be curious about yourself and also others. Most of all, find joy in sharing yourself with others through movement.
