Dance Workshop - Heels ‘n’ Sneaks

Heels 'n' Sneaks is a dance workshop where you will experience a combination of 2 dance styles:

Dancehall and R&B/hip-hop

4:30 PM- Wine in Sneaks - Dancehall/Soca
BEGINNER LEVEL
A female dancehall class highlighting some of the most popular female Movement created by inspirational female dancers in the Dancehall Community. Also breaking down various ways to whine up your waist line!!

5:45PM- Strut in Heels - R&B/Hip Hop
BEGINNER LEVEL
This class is about all about having fun and embracing your inner sexy!
We will focus on posture, attitude and embracing all things feminine while dancing in heels. Bring a comfortable pair of heels and get ready to groove!

DON'T FORGET:
1. GET $5 off when you bring friends to the Workshop / drop in classes.

BONUS: Bring as many non-perishable items and toiletries to class, all donations will go to HERizon House which is a shelter for Abused women and their children located in Ajax.

All donations will be sent to the organization at the end of the summer.
