In so good weather it's very sad to stay at home watching movie, working, studying etc. This group is for enjoying the summer and warm days, to do something new, to inspire our self. For one or two hours outside you can relax better than siting on the couch and if you are outside and dancing at the end of these 1-2 hours you'll be relaxed and full of a lot of positive energy.
Everybody who wants to be inspire and also to fill the body with positive energy, it is welcome.
What we gonna to do. We'll dance Zumba in the Park. :)) A bit stretching, a little body exercise and dancing and... we will have a lot of FUN :)) Just come and try it. It'll be amazing, believe me. <3
