Over 50's Hawkesbury to The Hills Funstars

Our group is open to singles & couples aged 50+ who want to live life to the fullest. <br>We focus on events / activities in the Hawkesbury, Hills, Parramatta & The Lower Blues Mountains but we do venture out to other areas for special events.

We enjoy making new friends, eating out, movies, picnics, live music, theatre, concerts, dancing & dance lessons, travel - overseas & local, walks & so much more. <br>If you have something you would like to do we welcome your suggestions & encourage all members to host events. Speak to one of the Event Organisers for help.

PLEASE NOTE:  We have a $5 yearly membership fee payable once we review and approve your request to join our group. The membership fees are to cover our administrations cost to be part of the Meetup platform & are non refundable.

Fees are payable no later than 1 July each year & payable to our group bank account, details of which will be sent to you on approval of membership.

Although we are about having fun there are some important points that need to be followed.

• A clear profile photo to be uploaded on joining. Please do not load a photo of flowers, scenery or animals, how will we recognise you.

• If bringing a guest/s please provide their name to the Event Organise or Event Host. <br>

• We will not tolerate unwanted behaviour or attention, written or verbal, & anybody displaying this type of behaviour will be removed from the group. <br>

• All members & their guests acknowledge that they participate in all events/activities at their own risk & will not hold The Group, the Leader/s or other involved in organising events/activities responsible for your health, safety & insurance & do not accept responsibility for accidents or injury that may occur during events/activities. <br>

• if you are unable to attend an event that you have RSVP'd "YES" to please change your RSVP to "NO" ASAP.  If you are no-show 3 times you will be removed from the group.
