This meet-up is for any woman 50+ who enjoys gathering with other wise and supportive women for activities that inspire -- conversation, connection, creativity, and ultimately, we hope, some true friendship.
Our group is a chapter of Dale Pollekoff's Finding Female Friends past Fifty, as written about in the New York Times article on January 21st, 2018.
So, let's get together for coffee, tea, a meal, an artisan cocktail, or a beer and a game of pool. Cooking classes and foodie tours are cheaper together! Love to wander through museums, book stores, or Nordstrom Rack? Let's go! Want to plan an afternoon of writing or a knitting circle? How about going to a dance class, or a stained glass workshop? What about a show? Live music, plays, Shakespeare in the park. Let's plan it! Love to walk, hike, bicycle, Salsa? Let's do it! There's room for potlucks and BBQ's, and how about whale watching, beach days, or the kite festival in Berkeley?
Really, there's so much to do in the Bay Area. Then again, just sharing some time and connecting as women is all that is needed sometimes. We're all welcome here, and I am so curious to meet you... <br>
