Who doesn't like to smile? And how good would it be if we can all smile together? :) We'll be doing a bunch of different activities that are fun, improve our wellness, create a community feeling and make us smile! Such as yoga/ meditation, day trips/ hiking, community fitness sessions, mental health awareness activities, picnics, dinner parties, dancing and helping in our local communities. Our aim is not to create a huge meetup group here where heaps of people turn up to events but you never really become friends.. Our aim here is to create ongoing friendships and a little community where we all can be happy, healthy and have heaps of fun!
