Did you know dancing is the best activity to ward off dementia?

According to the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, those who danced regularly, showed a 76 percent reduction in risk for dementia. Dancing may be beneficial for our brains because it combines cardiovascular exercise with split-second decision making that taxes our neural network, forcing it to create new neural pathways.

You can-can do it despite health issues: Parkinson’s, Dementia, Cancer, Arthritis, Asthma, and Heart Disease don’t prohibit you from dancing! Research shows dance therapy has a host of health benefits for the above ailments.

Improve heart health and reduce risk of other chronic disease. Dance also improves blood pressure, glycemic control and muscle tone.

It's nothing but GREAT for your body and mind!

** This event will be held the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month. **
