Coquitlam Girls Social Group

If you are interested in making long lasting friendships with women who are respectful, caring, empathetic, compassionate, supportive, fun, adventurous and creative this is the group for you. 

Our membership consists of women over 40 who want to connect with other women. They include ladies who are married, single, new in town or that have lived here most of their lives. We are a small active group and Members are not required to attend all activities just the ones that appeal to them and at least once a month. Most of our activities will take place in Coquitlam. If you would like to be an event host or event organizer please contact Christine. Event Hosts and Organizers post activities that they are interested in.

Paint Nites, Music Bingo, Trivia Nights, karaoke, Dancing, Bowling

Group  policies:-

Membership Requirements: 

$5.00 Annual Membership Fee. This goes towards the fee Meetup charges to run this Meetup group. Fees are due when a member joins and then January 1st each year.  Members can make an e-transfer or pay cash at your first meetup. Members must attend at least one event within their first month and every month after.  Some exceptions will be made due to health and travel. 

Profile Picture:

Please provide a recent head shot. Nobody should be in the background and no sunglassess or hats. This is so we can recognize one and other.

No Shows:

A lot goes into planning an event. Please be respectful if you can't make an event please change your rsvp 24 hours before the event otherwise you will be marked as a No Show. 3 No Shows in a row will result in being removed from the group.

Guidelines:

Bullying and negative gossip towards our  members, our group and in general will not be tolerated.  A member may be removed from this group based on the Organizers discretion.   This is a safe place for women only to make new friends. This is not a networking or political group please do not sign up if this is your intention.

Disclosure:   The Organizers of this group are all Volunteers.  The Organizers are in no way responsible for any of a members actions.  We do not accept any responsibility for you or your safety at any time before during or after an event.  If at any event a Member decides to consume Alcohol the Member is responsible to plan for a safe ride home.
