Dancing in the dark – freies Tanzen im ziemlich Dunkeln

LET's DANCE! No Guru, no method no teacher. Anstelle eines Sportkurses tanzen wir einfach nur zu großartiger Musik bis wir ausgeschüttelt, müde und glücklich sind! // instead of taking an aerobic class we simply dance to fabulous music until we're all shaked out, happy and tired!

WIE LÄUFT DAS AB ? // WHAT TO EXPECT? Wir tanzen im Dunkeln, jede und jeder für sich, so wie sie/er will und kann – befreit von Beobachtung und Antanzerei. Wir freuen uns alle an der Musik und dem Beat, aber jede und jeder tanzt in seinem eigenen persönlichen space und kann sich ungestört der Bewegung widmen. // We dance in the dark – each on our own however we want to, free from scrutiny and others trying to dance together. We feel the music and the beat as a group but we dance in our individual spaces. This is not about contact improvisation but about loosing yourself in the music.

WANN? // WHEN? Donnerstag abends nach Sonnenuntergang, momentan um 20.00 Uhr, treffen wir uns, machen das Licht aus und tanzen bis wir umfallen oder ca. 1,5 h :) // Thursday evenings after sunset, currently at 8.30 p.m., we meet up, turn down the lights and dance until we drop or about 1,5 h :)

GELD // MONEY Durch Spendenbeiträge von 5 € bestreiten wir die Saalmiete und sonstige Kosten (Spotify, Soundsystem...) // We pay the rent and other costs with small donations of 5 €.

MUSIK // MUSIC Wir machen Playlisten auf spotify und nehmen dafür gern Vorschläge an und gucken, wie sie reinpassen." It's raining men" und Ähnliches steht bei uns auf der schwarzen Liste und auch harter House und Techno sind nicht so unser Liebstes... Spaßig elektronisch kann es aber schon sein :-) // We make playlists on spotify and happily incorporate your favorites if they suit the mix. "It's raining men" and the like are blacklisted and techno and hard house are not really our thing—fun electronic stuff is very welcome though.

LEUTE // PEOPLE Wir haben Platz für 15 Tänzer*innen! Es gibt einen Vorraum zum Umziehen, Wasserhahn und WC, aber keine Dusche. Bitte meldet Euch nur an, wenn Ihr wirklich kommen wollt, und gebt Bescheid, wenns nicht klappt! // We have space for 15 dancers! There's room to get changed, running water and a loo, but no shower. Please only rsvp if you really want to come and do let us know if it doesn't work out after all! We reserve the right to block anybody who rsvps and does not turn up or notify us three times. For a month. Or two. Depending on our mood.
