Weekly 5Rhythms® Movement Meditation every Sunday 

Location: Dancing Unlimited 4569 30th St. San Diego, CA. 

Time: 11:30-1:30 (Music begins at 11:15 for warm-up, doors close at 12:00)

Exchange: $20 drop-in, $15 Pre-register by Friday (midnight) for that Sunday and receive a discount. All Pre-registrations are for that Sunday only and non-refundable.

Join Christina, Certified 5Rhythms teacher and member of the global 5Rhythms Teachers Association (5RTA) for an embarkment to the Embodied Soul in Harmony Waves. This class is for anyone who would like a place to feel nurtured in a safe container to use the body to discover hidden patterns, break old habits and express yourself just as you are. Each class has a theme that incorporates the 5Rhythms Wave's maps as a way to discover hidden gems within and carry them into your daily life. You will dance away lighter and more connected with self as you enter your week.
