Interval training is not for everyone!
It is dragging our bodies and feet to come weekly for a workout, it is better to have more time at work, at home, just chill alone, having a great dinner with our love ones or sleep more.
But anyone with the right minds do want to live our life to the best as we could be and in the best vitality in all aspects in our life and look toner and better!
Again, this is not for everyone if:
1) You already doing interval training like 3 times per week.
2) You already got the vitality/ stamina in your life.
3) You are happy and confident with your body.
4) You are enjoying your current classes with whoever.
5) Your Instructors are giving you lot of positive and energised experiences already.
6) You feel running will give you a complete workout.
7) You are paying monthly fee to a GYM but only going for classes only and do not mind pay the high amount each month.
8) You are already a Fitness instructor......
9) Lastly you do not believe that dancing to great music, with great people can burn a ton of calories without even realizing it and enjoying at the same time.
