Ceroc Plus Dancing Hampshire

Ceroc is a fun, social, partner dance that is a fusion of salsa and jive but without the complicated footwork. It is probably the easiest partner dance to learn, the classes are relaxed and partners are rotated through the class so you get to meet most of the people in the room by the end of one lesson! There is no need to bring a partner or book, you can start Ceroc at any time, you just turn up. We have people who are known as taxi dancers who welcome new members, answer questions and dance with you during the freestyle (social dancing). What is freestyle? After the classes we have social dancing, known as freestyle, through until 11pm. It's an opportunity to dance with anyone and everyone, make new friends, get fit, it's great fun. What sort of music do we play? Chart music, a bit of latin, a bit of swing. It's mostly modern music but we mix in tunes that go back to the 50's.
