Calling for all fitness enthusiasts who love to practice any type of fitness outside of a gym (body weight exercises, yoga, pilates, boxing, dancing, parkour, zumba are just a few examples) and also love to teach others. Each week, we'll meet up once and one elected coach will run a 30 minute exercise routine utilising whatever they've organised for the group to reshape, trim up, build muscle and get fit!
I will orchestrate and organise this but it's a collaborative group to help us all learn different routines which may even help friends/family/colleagues of yours who do not have a gym membership and don't like working out by themselves.
You can invite your friends/family/colleagues along, they don't have to be coaches, but essentially this is an experimental group for people who love fitness and love teaching others to get into the lifestyle.
