Saturday 30 November 6:00 pm
This is a class like no other in London. Tired of clubbing but still want to dance it out on a Saturday night? Come to Feva. It's a night filled with amazing music and freedom to move and dance freestyle. No steps to be learnt, with no format or expectation, a class with no teaching. It's a chance to find your own dance.
Come dance, escape into the beats and set your soul free. It's a time to dance to your own beat, shake out your own funk and soothe your mind.
This class is about freeing up your dance, whilst exercising all of your body. It is a chance to express yourself, relax and feel more alive. This is sober dancing with no teaching but a really supportive vibe.
You don't need skill, fitness or cool moves. 5 Rhythms is a bit like ecstatic dance - a form of conscious movement. It's a great way to shake off your day/ week and to start your Saturday night - we finish at 8pm so plenty of time to shower and go out to some of the many nearby bars and restaurants after.
So come reclaim the dance floor and take back your Saturday night. FEVA.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and don't mind getting sweaty in. Bring a bottle of water. Most people dance in bare feet but you can wear soft soled dance shoes too. There is no talking on the dance floor.
Just a few minutes walk from Kensal Rise overground or Queens Park, Ladbroke Grove and Kensal Green stations.
